From 5th November 2024, The Narrow Way Church held a powerful and refreshing 3-day retreat at Peninsula Outdoors in Merricks, Victoria.
With over 150 people in attendance, the retreat was filled with warmth, unity, and a strong sense of community. Families, youth, and individuals of all ages came together for a weekend away, enjoying time in God’s presence and with one another.
Each day was rich with spiritual encouragement, beginning with peaceful morning prayer and devotional services and ending with uplifting evening services. The atmosphere was joyful and relaxed, with kids and youth making the most of the pools and games at the park. Mealtimes were a highlight too, with different ministries serving the church family—youth and young adults prepared breakfast, the men’s ministry served lunch, and the women’s ministry brought everyone together with a delicious dinner.
The presence of the Lord was felt throughout the entire retreat, and the time spent in worship, fellowship, and fun left a lasting impact on all who came. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many already asking when the next retreat will be. It was truly a special time of growth, connection, and spiritual refreshment for the whole church.
